Lawyer "Newzins Daniel could be liable for huge damages"...Adore exclusive contract...

Regarding the issue of Adore's notice to Daniel of the termination and penalty and damages claim, Jang Jang-soo, a lawyer at Hanbyul Law Firm, explained that if the breach of the agency agreement was not negligent, the creditor can garnish a portion of the debtor's salary for the rest of his life. This runs counter to the legal argument that if a breach is found to be an intentional tort, it can become a non-dischargeable debt that cannot be discharged in bankruptcy.

In particular, Mr. Chang pointed out that the wage garnishment protection afforded to wage earners may not automatically apply to entertainers. If they are classified as business earners, their entire settlement proceeds may be garnished, and they may not be protected unless they file a separate exemption to protect their livelihood.

On the issue of peripheral liability, Jang added that it is difficult to sanction Daniel's mother, etc. unless the alleged professional misconduct of Ms. Min is proven in court, and since Daniel is an adult, it is not easy for the court to assume responsibility just because he was persuaded by his surroundings.
