Attorney Kim Soo-hyun of Hanbyol Law LLC conducted four sessions of free, one-on-one, personalized legal consultations for members of the Jecheon Agricultural Cooperative starting on June 16. Thirty-seven members participated in the consultations, during which practical advice was provided with the aim of protecting members’ rights and interests and promoting their welfare.

Attorney Kim explained specific legal interpretations and procedures regarding civil and agricultural disputes as well as remedies for rights violations, and proposed practical solutions for issues that were difficult to resolve on their own, resulting in a high level of satisfaction among participants. Through these consultations, the members gained a clear understanding of the practical steps and legal issues necessary for their future actions.

The legal consultation, conducted in conjunction with tax counseling, contributed to the stable farming operations and protection of rights for local farmers, and Hanbyol’s on-site legal support played a role in promoting local welfare and protecting rights.
