Attorney Byun Seon-bo is a graduate of Seoul National University College of Law and holds licenses as both a certified appraiser and an attorney. During his tenure at Hanbyol Law LLC, he handled numerous lawsuits and provided legal counsel in approximately 100 redevelopment and reconstruction zones nationwide, including Banpo Jugong Complex 1, Block 3; Seocho Shindong-A; Nokbeon Zones 1 and 2, Jangwi Zone 1, and Singil Zone 9, among approximately 100 redevelopment and reconstruction zones nationwide. At Hanbyol, his work focused on resolving key legal issues in urban renewal projects, including compensation calculations, appraisal disputes, disputes over residents’ association rights, contract and damages lawsuits with construction companies, issues related to residents’ association operations and general meetings, and cash settlement cases.

Furthermore, drawing on his experience as a compensation advisor for the Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) and as a court-appointed appraiser, he has provided in-depth advice on litigation strategies involving the use of appraisals as evidence, as well as on the calculation of compensation and contribution payments. The expertise in combining legal and appraisal knowledge gained during Hanbyol enhanced speed and accuracy in association cases, contributing to the establishment of favorable evidence in complex valuation disputes.
