SMBA, `Cleanliness and Ethics Management Committee` to be composed of 3 external members...
The Small Business Corporation (SBC) announced on the 9th that it has formed the Integrity and Ethics Management Committee and appointed three external members as part of its ethical management and anti-corruption and integrity activities.
The SBC has unified the `Ethics Management Committee', which has been operating since 2012 to deliberate and make decisions on ethical management, and the `Clean SBC Promotion Group', which has been operating since 2015 as an executive body, into the Integrity and Ethics Management Committee. To ensure professionalism, fairness, and transparency, we appointed Vice President Jang Beom-sik of Sungsil University, Professor Lee Young-myeon of Dongguk University, and Attorney Choi Young-ryong of Hanbyul Law Firm as external members. The Integrity and Ethics Management Committee will be responsible for deliberating and resolving important policies, establishing norms for the Ethics Charter, improving weak areas of anti-corruption and integrity, and spreading a culture of integrity.
