Attorney Byun Seon-bo graduated from Seoul National University College of Law and obtained his certification as a real estate appraiser in 2008 and his license to practice law in 2013. His key track record includes handling disputes related to over 100 projects nationwide, such as the Banpo Jugong Complex 1, District 3; Seocho Shindong-A; Nokbeon Districts 1 and 2; Jangwi District 1; and Singil District 9.

While at Hanbyol Law LLC, he leveraged his expertise as a certified appraiser to provide advisory services on compensation and valuation issues while simultaneously developing litigation strategies. He also strengthened his practical capabilities in compensation, appraisal, and legal matters through roles such as Compensation Advisory Committee member at SH Corporation, director of the Appraiser Office Council, and appraiser for the Incheon District Court.
