Drawing on his experience working at Hanbyol Law LLC, attorney Byun Seon-bo has combined his qualifications as a certified appraiser (2008) and attorney (2013) to practice in the field of redevelopment and reconstruction. A graduate of Seoul National University College of Law, he built his expertise in real estate appraisal at firms such as Hana Appraisal Corporation and Daehwa Appraisal Corporation, including during his tenure at Hanbyol.

Drawing on his experience at Hanbyol, Attorney Byun has handled numerous lawsuits and provided advisory services for approximately 100 urban renewal zones nationwide, including Banpo Jugong Complex 1, Block 3; Seocho Shindong-A; Nokbeon Zones 1 and 2; Jangwi Zone 1; and Singil Zone 9. While concurrently serving in official roles related to compensation and appraisal—such as Compensation Advisory Committee member for SH Corporation and appraiser for the Incheon District Court—he has provided expertise on core legal issues in urban renewal projects, including appraisal and compensation disputes and cash settlements.

He emphasizes speed and accuracy in handling association cases, and has demonstrated that the appraisal expertise he accumulated during his tenure at Hanbyol can make a substantial contribution to protecting clients’ rights and resolving disputes related to redevelopment and reconstruction.
